How do you arrange the voucher?

Choose a value in the gift voucher page and send the short request. Add your contact details, the recipient’s first name if you want to, and any message or delivery timing you would like us to consider.

We then confirm the voucher value, payment, delivery and terms with you. A submitted enquiry is not a payment. The voucher is issued once payment has been confirmed, so do not use the website’s preview card as a redeemable voucher.

If you need it for a particular date, tell us before paying. We can confirm the arrangements rather than leaving you to assume that an instant email or printed delivery is included.

What does the recipient need for a mobile visit?

They need a suitable place for us to work around the car, access to a water tap or hose and an electrical socket. Both water and electricity are currently required for every package.
